Program Description Established in February 2023, Opendoor Community Support Service (OCSS) is born from the deep-rooted dream from years of experience, compassion, and commitment of our founder, Ms. Chinyere Emelobe, to give persons with disability a chance to competitive integrated employment.

Opendoor CSS is aimed to support working age individuals with developmental and intellectual disability discover their potentials and employment outcomes and/or career development opportunities based on their preferences, strengths, abilities, and needs. Our raison d’etre  is to provide a comprehensive program structure to improve the quality of individual life through the Employment First Model in a person centered planning process.

With our tagline, “leading the untapped workforce into work”, OCSS employment planning services are designed to assist a person seeking employment discover their potentials, to learn about employment opportunities within the community, and to make informed decisions. At Opendoor CSS, we begin from the fundamental value of employability for all persons and strive to provide meaningful information related to planning and implementing effective programs, and utilizing intervention strategies needed to achieve the goal of employment for persons with disabilities.
