Paid internship Program (PIP) helps prepare these job seekers for the responsibilities and rhythms of the workplace, then pairs them with businesses and organizations who have also been coached on tapping into the potential of these eager and dynamic apprentices. It is also an opportunity for employers to provide vocational training and experience to an individual at no cost.

PIP has two-fold purpose: To give employers access to a pool of motivated individuals who bring fresh thinking, innovation, and diversity to their workplaces; and to give individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to participate in career exploration while gaining new vocational and social skills this is a WIN-WIN for both employers and our job seekers.
